December 19, Fineko/abc.az. In 2022, the advertising revenue amounted to about AZN 144 million. The statistical data of recent years shows quite fairly dynamic development. If we compare these figures with the period 6 years ago, we will see a 3-fold rise.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Natig Hasanov, first deputy chairman of board of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses.

He added that if we measure last year's revenues, the share of advertising revenue in GDP was 0.1%: "This means that we have enough potential opportunities for development of this area. The institutionalization in this area over the last period, in particular State Advertising Agency’s activity, as well as organization of farms and business entities operating in this area, their uniting in associations, representation in any associations will create sufficiently strong basis for realizing this potential."
