Amount of VAT refunded to consumers this year in Nakhchivan unveiled

December 14, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 11 months, 752,200 manats were returned to consumers in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic within the VAT Refund Project, and in November alone — 100,100 manats of VAT.

Compared with January, the amount returned to consumers in November increased 4.8-fold, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service.

In Nakhchivan, work continues on the introduction of new-generation cash registers. As of December 1, 2023, 2,554 new-generation devices were installed in the NAR. From January to November, the turnover registered with the help of such devices amounted to 205.5 million manats.
