December 11, Fineko/abc.az. This year, the minimum price of real estate that must be purchased in order to obtain a residence permit in Türkiye may be increased, ABC.AZ reports with reference to a source in the Office of Turkish Citizenship.

Under the new rules, the minimum price of real estate that must be purchased to obtain citizenship will be $600,000. The changes are expected to take effect in 2024.

The opportunity to obtain citizenship by buying real estate in Türkiye has been possible since 2017. The property was originally supposed to cost $1 million. Currently, the limit is $400,000.
