Men made up over 62% of tourists who visited Azerbaijan in October

December 7, Fineko/abc.az. Of the tourists who visited Azerbaijan in October of this year, men made up 62.7% (78,300 people) and women - 37.3% (or 46,500 people), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

The rate of male tourists grew by 6,000 people (8.4%) compared to last year and the number of female tourists by 20,400 people (78.2%). Over the same period of 2022, this figure reached 72,300 and 26,100 people, respectively.

24,700 male and 18,600 female tourists came from Russia, 9,200 male and 3,800 female tourists from Türkiye, 7,800 male and 3,200 female tourists from India.
