November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The loan insurance premiums have sharply increased in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that for Jan-Oct 2023 the premiums on this type of insurance amounted to AZN 2.666 million (2.3-fold more versus Jan-Oct 2022 - AZN 1.513 million).

Compensation payment on this type of insurance reached AZN 3 million for Jan-Oct 2023. No insurance payments were made for the 20222 same term).

And the loss rate for Jan-Oct 2023 was 0.1%. The loss rate was not recorded for the 2022 same term.
