November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The 5th meeting of ministers dedicated to the Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the field of development & transfer of green energy between Azerbaijan, Georgia, Hungary & Romania has been held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan was represented at the event by Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, Hungary by Foreign Affairs & Trade Minister Peter Szijjarto, Georgia by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy & Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Romania by Minister of Energy Sebastian Burduja.

Following the meeting, a protocol was signed, and it was decided to hold a regular meeting next year in Georgia. Also during the meeting, the Memorandum of Understanding between the relevant ministries of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary on cooperation in the field of green energy was signed and the creation of a green energy platform was agreed.
