November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The composition of the Board of Kapital Bank OJSC has undergone changes.

ABC.AZ was informed at the bank that since November 2023 Kamal Abdullayev has been appointed a member of the Board of Kapital Bank and chief compliance officer.

Having started his professional career in 2001, Abdullayev has gained extensive experience in companies such as BP and PASHA Bank. He joined the Kapital Bank team in 2013 as director of the Compliance Department.

Then he held the posts of chief compliance administrator, as well as director general of the Department of Law and Compliance.
