November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has endorsed the Rules for destruction of banknotes withdrawn from circulation (with exception of counterfeit banknotes).

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

The document also cancels the government decree from July 30, 2018 on the approval of the Rules for the destruction of paper and metal banknotes withdrawn from circulation.

The amendments to Cabinet’s resolution may be made in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for the preparation, approval, adoption and publication of draft regulatory legal acts of executive authorities, approved by the presidential decree from October 6, 2023.
