ABC.AZ reports that this year real estate prices in most regions of the NAR increased almost 2-fold.

Rovshan Abbasov, a real estate specialist who is engaged in buying and selling real estate in Nakhchivan, says that for example, in Nakhchivan, the prices of land that can be used as objects in the central parts, as well as on the roadsides, have increased by 2 times — by 100%.

"For example, land that used to cost 15,000 manats, now the owner refuses to sell, even if they buy it for 30,000 manats."
