October 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azeristiliktezhizat has started concluding contracts with citizens from consumer category "population".

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the heating supplier company that according to Paragraph 1.4 of the Thermal Energy Use Rules, approved by the Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution from September 5, that heating and hot water services must be provided on the basis of an agreement concluded between the energy supply company and the consumer.

In this regard, the employees of Azeristiliktezhizat ask consumers to submit the required documents for the conclusion of the contract - apartment owner’s ID and a copy of the statement. On the basis of the relevant documents, an agreement is concluded between Azeristiktezhizat and the consumer.

The population was provided with preliminary information about the nature and necessity of the contract, announcements were placed at the entrances to all buildings.

The use of heat supply services will be considered illegal in the absence of a corresponding contract.
