October 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding presidential scholarships to students enrolled in higher education institutions in academic year 2023-24.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state, guided by Paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution, made a decision in accordance with Presidential Decree #564 from September 3, 2001 "On the establishment of Presidential Scholarship for students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

Under the decision, in academic year 2023-24, the Presidential Scholarship will be awarded to a group of students who have shown the highest results in groups of specialties at entrance exams and entered higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan.
