ABC.AZ reports that it is SOCAR Projects International LLC. The company was registered on October 4 by the Main Local Revenue Department of the State Tax Service of Baku.

Legal address of SOCAR Projects International LLC: 73 Neftchiler Avenue, Sabayil district, Baku. The authorized capital is 1,000 manats. The legal representative of the company is Farid Hajiyev.
Hajiyev worked in the Ministry of Taxes.
