Currently, Kamal Ibragimov is the chairman of the Board of Directors, Aydin Rakhmanov - deputy chairman, Aynur Bayramli - a member of the Board of Directors and Elkhan Gulmamedov - an independent member.

Shamil Huseynov was elected a member of the Board of Directors at Qala Sığorta in 2021.Prior to this position, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Atəşgah Həyat.
Qala Sığorta was established in 2015.100% of its shares are owned by Azure Retail Insurance.
