President raised our flag in these cities  – PHOTO

October 16, Fineko/abc.az. On October 15, President Ilham Aliyev raised the national flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan and performed in the cities of Khojaly, Khojavend, Agdere, Askeran and Khankendi. 

ABC.AZ reports that the president delivered speech after the State Flag of Azerbaijan was raised in the city of Khankendi.
