October 9, Fineko/abc.az. A platform for university diplomacy can be created between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

ABC.AZ reports that Sukhumi State University’s rector Zurab Honelidze told journalists.

Honelidze noted that Sukhumi State University is negotiating with universities of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"There is already a preliminary agreement on the creation of a platform for university diplomacy. The goal is to create a platform that allows you to discuss all matters. It is important to eliminate the causes of conflicts," the rector added.
