October 6, Fineko/abc.az. ABB (International Bank of Azerbaijan) has published consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2023. The consolidated and analyzed financial statements, along with the financial results of ABB, reflect the financial performance of bank’s subsidiaries ABB - Moscow, ABB-GEO CJSC, Azericard LLC, International Leasing Company LLC and ABB-Invest CJSC (jointly the ABB Group).

The net profit of ABB Group for the first 6 months of 2023 (Jan-Jun) increased by AZN 33.857 million or by 26.2% versus Jan-Jun 2022 up to AZN 163.204 million. Bank's net profit reached AZN 129.347 million for Jan-Jun 2022.

In the period from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023, loans given to customers by ABB Group increased by AZN 636.182 million and reached AZN 4.37 billion.

96.6% of ABB’s authorized capital belongs to the state.
