October 4, Fineko/abc.az. Danish brewing company Carlsberg has terminated the license agreements with Russian brewing company Baltika.
ABC.AZ reports that Baltika Brewing Company terminated the license agreements that allowed the company to produce, promote and sell all products of Carlsberg Group, including international and regional brands.
But how can this decision affect Calsberg Azerbaijan?
In response to a request from Carlsberg Azerbaijan, it was said: "We continue our activities in Azerbaijan as part of Carlsberg Group, fully implement our investment projects and prepare for 2024 in full force. Carlsberg Azerbaijan continues its activities in the market with the current portfolio of strong domestic and international brands and plans to expand the range of products for consumers in the future. Carlsberg Azerbaijan owns intellectual property rights in its portfolio for production and sale of all brands."
