September 21, Fineko/abc.az. According to forecasts, the US dollar exchange rate in Azerbaijan in 2024 will remain at the level of 1.7 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in Finance Ministry-prepared document "On the initial indicators of the state and consolidated budgets for 2024.

Strengthening the coordination of fiscal and monetary policy in order to maintain macroeconomic stability in Azerbaijan will support the stability of the national currency exchange rate, as in the current year.

In the macroeconomic forecasts provided by the Ministry of Economy, the exchange rate of the manat to the US dollar for 2024-2027 is taken at the level of 1.7 manats.
