Azerbaijan imported air conditioners for $43 million for Jan-Jul 2023

September 18, Fineko/abc.az. The import of air conditioners in Azerbaijan for Jan-Jul 2023 decreased by 6.5% versus Jan-Jul 2022 to 154,223 air conditioners for $43.59 million (decline of 17%), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Over Jan-Jul, Azerbaijan also imported 354,846 computers, blocks and installations (a rise of 20%) for $104.59 million (a rise of 49.8%).

In addition, the import of washing machines to Azerbaijan increased by 48% to 124,254 machines (a rise of 48%) for $30.48 million (a rise of 50.2%).

Also, for the first 7 months of this year, the import of refrigerators increased by 63%, to 23,712 fridges for $7.372 million (a rise of 31%).
