September 14, Fineko/abc.az. The cost of products sold and services rendered to meet consumer demand in Azerbaijan reached AZN 44.2 bn for Jan-Aug 2023 (5.4% more against Jan-Aug 2022), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

The cost of products and services sold by economic entities of the non-state sector increased by 5.2% versus last year up to AZN 42.5 bn, and 46.3% of them generated due to individual entrepreneurs’ activity.

The consumer spent an average of 544.6 manats, or 80.4 manats more in nominal terms than a year ago.
