September 6, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, there are more than 700 fintech companies in Türkiye.

ABC.AZ reports that the executive director of United Payment, Edgar Abdullayev, said this at the Azerbaijani-Turkish fintech forum in Baku.

He noted that investments in fintech in Türkiye amount to $90 billion.

Abdullayev noted that his companies started introducing wallet banking in Türkiye: "We’ve been practicing wallet banking in Türkiye for some time. Currently, we are numbering more than 65 bank wallets in Türkiye. As you can see, this has led to development of the fintech ecosystem in Türkiye."
