September 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and China discussed the implementation of new technologies in the field of alternative energy, the provision of appropriate equipment, and the establishment of cooperation to create a zero-emission industrial park.

ABC.AZ reports that this was discussed at the meeting of Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov met with John Lee, Vice-President of China’s Envision Energy.

At the meeting, the expansion of relations with Chinese business circles was emphasized, and the business and investment environment of Azerbaijan, and the opportunities created for investors were noted. It has been pointed out that the application of the most advanced tools in energy efficiency and the development of the alternative energy field are important issues in ensuring the sustainability of economic growth. In Azerbaijan, there are wide opportunities for partnership to ensure the activities of enterprises specializing in this field.
