September 1, Fineko/abc.az. A procedure for registering space objects in the state register will be developed in connection with the emergence, restriction, transfer of ownership and other real rights to space objects in Azerbaijan and the termination of these rights, .

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree in this regard.

The order notes that, in agreement with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and other relevant state bodies, the draft Procedure for registration in the state register of space objects, restriction (encumbrance), transfer and termination of these property rights and other real rights to space objects, a list of licenses and permits that do not require acquisition for carrying out relevant work in the areas of activity of the space agency (Azerkosmos) should be prepared and further submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers within two months.
