ABC.AZ reports that according to the analysis of Omdia, the global market was conquered by 26.5 million copies of this model.

Second place belongs to iPhone 14 Pro with 21 million consumers.

These numbers are a stark change from the previous year, when the base iPhone 13 held the lead with 33.7 million units sold.

Noteworthy is the fact that the top 5 most popular smartphones include two products from Apple - iPhone 14 and iPhone 13, as well as Samsung's Galaxy A14. The latter attracts buyers with its affordable price, triple camera and impressive battery capacity.

This year, Apple and Samsung have dominated the list. Demand for premium iPhone models is forecast to increase gradually, while overall shipments may decline slightly due to less strong demand for regular and plus models.
