As a result of appeals provided by the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision and Control of the Consumer Market, 216,878 manats were returned to consumers by business entities, damage in the amount of AZN 36,501 was compensated in January-July of this year.

ABC.AZ reports citing the State Service that protocols on an administrative offense were drawn up against 38 legal entities and 8 individuals based on the evidence presented during the consideration of citizens' appeals.

During the reporting period, 4,109 appeals of citizens in the field of consumer protection and consumer market control were considered.
