Funds directed to fixed capital up 20.8% this year

The funds directed to fixed assets made AZN 9,114.9 million during seven months of this year, an increase of 20.8% year-on-year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the volume of investments in the oil and gas sector increased by 15%, and the volume of funds directed to the non-oil and gas sector rose by 24.3%.

Of the funds used, AZN 5,045 million, or 55.3%, was spent on products manufacturing, AZN 3,600.5 million (39.5%) on the construction of the service sector, and AZN 469.4 million (5.2%) was used for the construction of residential buildings. Of the funds allocated to fixed capital, internal funds amounted to AZN 6,877.5 million, or 75.5%.

Of the funds allocated to the fixed capital, AZN 6,679.0 million, or 73.3%, was used directly to the implementation of construction and installation works.
In the total value of funds allocated to fixed assets, own funds of enterprises and organizations amounted to 44.7%, budget funds made 39.7%, personal funds of the population made 6.7%, bank loans made 3%, other funds made 5.9 %.
