The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to establish a tender commission for the sale and transfer to management by a third-party manager of property with a book value of more than one million manats, local and foreign assets or debts on them formed in accordance with the current legislation in exchange for distressed assets acquired by non-bank credit institution Aqrarkredit CJSC from the International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers in this regard.

According to the decision, the commission will be headed by Deputy Finance Minister Azer Bayramov.
The decision also approved the Procedure for the activities of the tender commission for the sale, transfer to management and Introduction of distressed assets (property) and rights of claim to them as a share of participation.
