President Ilham Aliyev has made a trip to the district of Barda.

According to ABC.AZ, the head of state attended the inauguration of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population and Karabakh Regional Vocational Training Center in Barda.
