ABC.AZ reports that the head of state visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, attended the opening of the reconstructed Garapapag-Chayli highway, and viewed conditions created in the garrison complex of the Gazakh special border division of the Border Troops of the State Border Service.
