August 3, Fineko/abc.az. The total volume of securities transactions conducted on the Baku Stock Exchange for Jan-Jul 2023 amounted to AZN 9.78 bn and recorded an increase of 19% versus Jan-Jul 2022. 

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that as a result, compared with Jan-Jul 2022, the trading on the primary market of corporate securities increased by 27%, on the secondary market of corporate securities by 39%, and on REPO transactions by 61%.  

In particular, compared with 2022, the market for REPO operations of corporate securities has grown 9-fold.
The market capitalization of the shares on the last trading day of July 2023 amounted to AZN 4.9 bn and recorded a rise of 20% against the last trading day of last year.
