August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The total funds attracted by AzerGold CJSC to the country's economy as a result of the sale of gold and silver on the international market reached AZN 1.716 bn.

ABC.AZ was informed at AzerGold that as a result of the 79th export operation of the company, 3,700 ounces of gold and 11,400 ounces of silver were sold on the international market and sales revenue of AZN 12.8 million was received. Thus, the volume of company’s gold exported for the entire period of its activity reached 361,900 ounces and silver – 723,5 ounces. 

The income from sales of AzerGold, which, along with export operations, continues to sell in the domestic market in retail and raw materials forms in order to develop local jewelry, exceeded AZN 1.04 bn. So, over the past period, 11,500 ounces of gold and 77,000 ounces of silver were sold on the domestic market.
