AZN 16 million paid to budget at expense of lease of state property objects

August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy concluded 380 new lease agreements for non-residential premises in the 1st half of this year.

ABC.AZ reports that State Budget received AZN 3.1 million due to the lease of non-residential premises. Thus, the semi-annual budget forecast was fulfilled by 173.7%.

Over Jan-Jun 2023, new lease agreements were signed for 1,363 state-owned land plots. AZN 12.9 million were paid to the State Budget at the expense lease of land plots, and the semi-annual budget forecast was fulfilled by 143%.

In total, 1,743 new lease agreements on non-residential and land plots were concluded in the 1st half of 2023. Over Jan-Jun 2023, AZN 16 million were paid to the State Budget due to the lease of immovable state property and the forecast was met by 148.2%
