July 31, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the amendments to the Law on non-bank credit organizations from July 6, 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, the updated law allows NBCOs to issue credit cards.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan must approve the procedure for opening and maintaining payment accounts, as well as issuing credit cards within 6 months and inform the head of state.
