July 26, Fineko/abc.az. On August 3, real estate on the balance sheet of Texnikabank OJSC being liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ reports that the property is a plot of land with an area of 0.545098 hectares, located in Zizik village of Guba district.

The initial selling price of the property is 7,500 manats. 5% of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization in the form of a deposit. The purchase price must be transferred to the customer's account within 7 calendar days. Required documents for participation in an open auction: identity card of an individual, constituent documents of a legal entity.
