Customs payments collected by Nakhchivan General Customs Dept increased

July 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Nakhchivan General Customs Department gathered customs payments for AZN 41.65 million for Jan-Jun 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that the collected customs payments exceeded AZN 23.6 million or 131% against Jan-Jun 2022.

In the 1st half of this year, AZN 36.2 million were collected and transferred for their intended purpose, against the forecast of AZN 53.278 million set in 2023.

Over Jan-Jun 2023, AZN 5.628 million were transferred from the collected finances to the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

As a result of the measures taken to repay the debt incurred due to goods exported through consignment, 100% of the debt in the amount of $8.976 million was transferred to the accounts of legal entities and individuals in an authorized bank within 6 months of this year.
