July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaycan has published a report for Q2 of this year.
ABC.AZ reports that consumer loans increased by 15.1% up to AZN 52 million and real estate loans by 25.3% up to AZN 28 million.
Business loans in the 2nd quarter of this year totaled AZN 171 million.
In the 2nd quarter of this year, YKBA fulfilled the prudential standards set by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan at the proper level.
Thus, at the end of the relevant period, the bank's grade I capital adequacy ratio was 23.37%, and the total capital adequacy ratio was 25.73%. The total capital of the bank after deductions amounted to AZN 79.5 million. Under law, the minimum rate of total capital is AZN 50 million.
