July 20, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of banknotes of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) in circulation broke a historical record and on July 19 increased to AZN 1.476 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that the highest figure was recorded in December 2022 and amounted to AZN 1.458 bn.

From the beginning of 2023 to the present, the volume of CBA banknotes in circulation as a whole has increased by 26.3%. So, this January it reached AZN 1.169 bn.
