July 17, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after rising last week.

The price of September Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures exchange fell by $0.77 (0.96%) to $79.10 per barrel by 09:43 am. Following the trading on July 14, Brent crude futures for September fell by $1.49 (1.83%) to $79.87 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for August on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:43 am decreased by $0.73 (0.97%) to $74.59 per barrel. Following the trading on July 14, the price of WTI oil futures for August declined by $1.47 (1.91%) to $75.42 per barrel.

Last week, Brent crude oil grew by 1.78% and WTI by 2.11%.
