July 5, Fineko/abc.az. Procter LLC & Gamble Azerbaycan Servisleri in Azerbaijan allowed unfair competition when advertising its product.
ABC.AZ was informed at the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision that speech is about advertising Fairy dishwashing liquid.
It became known that the company has signs of unfair competition with the use of unfair and inaccurate advertising techniques that affect the consumer's freedom of choice when placing ads with content related to dishwashing liquid "a family of tired – a family of those who know their business".
Therefore, the State Service initiated a case against Procter LLC & Gamble Azerbaycan Servislari as a sign of violation of the requirements of Paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law on Unfair Competition.
This issue will be considered by the State Service on July 25, 2023.
