July 4, Fineko/abc.az. Japan's tax revenues in fiscal year 2022 reached a record of 71.1 trillion yens ($491.5 bn).
ABC.AZ reports that according to the foreign press, as Japan's economy continues to recover from Covid-19, tax revenues for the last fiscal year reached the highest level ever.
Japan's tax revenues for fiscal year 2022, covering the period from April 2022 to March 2023, exceeded 70 trillion yens for the first time. Accordingly, tax revenues in fiscal year 2022 amounted to 71.1 trillion yens ($491 bn).
It was the highest tax income in Japan. Tax revenues in fiscal year 2022 increased by 6.1% compared with fiscal year 2021.
