July 3, Fineko/abc.az. On July 3, 2023, the general meeting of shareholders of ABB Bank was held in the form of absentee voting. The meeting participants approved ABB Bank’s Financial Report for 2022, certified by an external auditor and recommended by the Audit Committee. 

Based on the financial results of 2022, the issue of paying dividends to the Bank's shareholders in the amount of AZN 156.6 million from previous year's profit was also considered. 
Organizational issues were also discussed at the meeting and appropriate decisions were made.
