Finoko’s authorized capital increases by 500,000 manats

July 3, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization FINOKO plans to increase the authorized capital by 500,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the organization has issued 50,000 shares with nominal value of 10 manats each.

In case of successful placement of shares, the authorized capital of FINOKO will increase from 4.855 million up to 5.355 million manats.

Currently, Finoko’s shareholders are Elchin Aliyev (50%) and Elmar Aliyev (50%). The new shares will also be equally acquired by the two brothers.
