June 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Bill on Payment Services & Payment Systems was considered at the meeting of the parliament.
ABC.AZ reports that the bill consists of 9 chapters and 68 articles.
This law will come into force in three months from the date of its publication.
Persons rendering payment services before the entry into force of this law must obtain a license and enter it into the register within six months from the date of entry into force of this law, as well as ensure that their activities comply with the requirements of this Law.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the 1st reading.
