June 22, Fineko/abc.az. Two companies are being liquidated in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Umico LLC and Umico Overseas LLC announce liquidation.

Creditors can submit their claims to Umico LLC within two months (at address: 153, Neftchiler Avenue, Nasimi district, Baku, AZ1010) and to Umico Overseas LLC (add: 16, Jafar Jabbarli Str, Baku, AZ1009).

Umico LLC with authorized capital of 10,000 manats was established in 2019. Its legal representative: Dayanat Sadullayev.

Umico Overseas LLC was registered in 2021. Its authorized capital is 60,100 manats. Its legal representative: Khayal Bagirov.
