June 22, Fineko/abc.az. Today, Azerbaijan does not keep accurate statistics on the amounts of transactions in the electronic money market.

ABC.AZ reports that Central Bank’s first deputy chairman Rashad Orujev sai about this at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

"We cannot keep accurate statistics regarding the amount of transactions made by players in the electronic money market. Probably, these statistics will be accurate after the adoption of the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems," he said.
