June 22, Fineko/abc.az. To solve the problems related to public procurement in Azerbaijan, all state organizations must work in good faith.

ABC.AZ reports that Mammad Abbasbeyli, the head of the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy & Consumer Market Supervision (under the Ministry of Economy), stated about this.

"If there is an unscrupulous bidder in a state organization, it is difficult to expose him. We can't install cameras in every room. Solutions to problems will be incomplete until people in organizations work in good faith," Abbasbeyli emphasized.
