June 21, Fineko/abc.az. Lufthansa is going to sell its corporate payment service provider, AirPlus.

ABC.AZ reports that the German company agreed to sell AirPlus to Swedish bank SEB for €450 million.

The agreement applies to all international subsidiaries and subsidiaries of AirPlus, as well as to Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH in Neu-Isenburg, Hesse, Germany.

The purchase & sale agreement will be completed in the 1st half of 2024 after receiving the necessary agreements.

After the sale, AirPlus will continue to be a member of the UATP global payment network.
