ABC.AZ reports that Central Bank’s general director Ziya Aliyev stated about this in an interview for Ren TV about mandatory real estate insurance.

"There is such an indicator: the ratio of housing prices to the total average annual income per capita. This ratio differs in different countries. For example, in our country, according to experts, it is in the range of 10-11. That is, the price of an apartment is equal to the 10-11-year income of an average Azerbaijani. If this is equivalent to the income received as a result of our 11-year work, it means that housing is very valuable for us," Ziya Aliyev said.
