Oil price goes down, and Brent is at $76.72 a barrel

May 18, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Thursday’s trading after a sharp rise following the previous session.

The price of July Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange by 09:02 am decreased by $0.24 (0.31%) to $76.72 per barrel. Following the trading on May 17, Brent crude futures for July rose by $2.05 (2.74%) to $76.96 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for June on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:02 am decreased by $0.24 (0.34%) to $72.58 per barrel. Following the trading on May 17, the price of June WTI oil futures grew by $1.97 (2.78%) to $72.83 per barrel.
