April 27, Fineko/abc.az. High-speed railway line Ankara-Sivas, one of the Megaprojects of Türkiye, has been put into operation.

ABC.AZ reports that Ankara-Sivas high-speed train will run at speed of 250 km per hour and will have only 8 stops on the route.

The railway line will reduce the distance between Ankara and Sivas from 603 km to 405 km, and also reduce travel time.

Construction of the line began in 2007. The length of the railway line is 393 km.
